Justice League: Doom là bộ phim hoạt hình mới nhất dựa trên truyện tranh của DC Comics. Phim lấy cảm hứng từ story arc nổi tiếng JLA: Tower of Babel, trong đó, 1 nhóm supervillain phát hiện được kế hoạch tiêu diệt Justice League của Batman và thực hiện nó (trong comic thì chỉ có Ra’s Al Ghul thôi, còn trong này là 1 bọn supervillain do Vandal Savage cầm đầu).
